Return & Exchange Policy

At TestiFire Boutique & Thrift, we want you to love every piece you purchase!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly offer returns for exchange or store credit as long as we are notified within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

To Qualify for a Return or Exchange

Items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and pet-free
• Be in their original condition with all tags attached
• Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email testifireboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Include your order number, clear photos of the item (if applicable), and a brief reason for the return or exchange request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions by email. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage, or that do not meet the above criteria. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale and clearance items
• Jewelry and accessories

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will issue your exchange or store credit electronically within 5–7 business days. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method at this time.
